A fine gin from the fine city of Norwich, an elegant blend of 11 exotic botanicals, including grains of paradise, rose petals and lemongrass. Hand-crafted using a custom-made copper still to create a remarkably smooth and fruity gin with subtle citrus and floral notes. 42% ABV

The Botanist

The Botanist uses a combination of 9 classic gin botanicals, including orris root, coriander seed, cassia bark and juniper, plus 22 further locally grown and hand picked botanicals such a sweet chamomile, creeping thistle, nettles and moss, all foraged from the harsh hills, peat bogs, cliffs and beaches of Islay. A highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance. 46% ABV

Monkey 47

Inspired by the Black Forest and India and with a whopping 47 botanicals, Monkey 47 Gin is brimming with flavour. A complex and flavoursome gin that, despite its vast plethora of botanicals, isn’t fussy; Monkey 47 is clean, dry and citrusy. A well-bodied gin with strong herbal and juniper notes, backed up by vivid lime. 47% ABV

Bombay Sapphire

One of the best known and most delicately perfumed gins in the world. it has a light sweetness with rounded juniper, a peppery heat and savoury notes. 40% ABV

Fifty Pounds

A small batch gin with tonnes of flavour; Fifty Pounds Gin is strong and punchy but surprisingly smooth. It blasts onto the pallate with juniper, spearmint and almond essence top notes with mixed citrus peel and star anise below.

The name comes from the time of George II and the 1736 Gin Act, when a £50 tax was levied on those wishing to produce and sell gin.

 A very smooth gin with a slight mint and eucalyptus finish. 43.5% ABV

Warner Edwards Elderflower Gin

A wonderful blend of award-winning Harrington Dry Gin and the sweet summer bouquet of elderflower. Handcrafted by Tom Warner and Simon Edwards in a barn in Harrington, Northamptonshire, their exceptional gin is infused with fresh elderflower harvested from their farms in Harrington, Northamptonshire and North Wales. 40% ABV

Warner Edwards Victoria’s Rhubarb Gin

Another great gin from Warner Edwards, Victoria’s Rhubarb Gin uses a variety of rhubarb originally grown in Queen Victoria’s garden, hence the name, as well as their Harrington Dry Gin. They add just enough sugar to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweetness and some subtle, enjoyably sour notes emanate from the rhubarb. 40% ABV

Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin

A French colonial recipe of eight natural botanicals rediscovered by France’s leading micro-distiller Gabriel Boudier of Dijon. Saffron Gin is a unique recipe discovered in the archives of France’s colonial past. This handcrafted, small batch pot distilled gin is made from the finest natural botanicals, in addition to the Saffron which gives a delicately spicy character, the recipe has Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Orange Peel, Angelica Seeds, Iris and fennel, creating one of the most complex and memorable gins distilled today. 40% ABV

Boë Violet Gin

Award winning Boë Superior Gin, infused with violets to create Boë Violet Gin Liqueur. The addition of violets creates a stylish gin with a light, delicate taste and beautiful colour and aroma. Enjoy with tonic or with the mixer and accompaniment of your choice. 41.5% ABV

Served with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic and garnished with fresh Blueberries

Adnams Sloe Gin
